Tonya Cardwell

Tonya Cardwell is the Administrator and Chief Operating Officer for MedHelp. Tonya graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in accounting, and has 18 years of experience with the past 11 years being in health care management and accounting. Tonya has been married to her husband, Gene, since 1991, and they have one daughter, Mikayla. The Cardwells currently reside in Clay, and are actively involved at Word of Life Christian Center.

Kacey Calvert

Kacey Calvert began working at MedHelp in 1997 as a receptionist. However in 2000 she moved to the billing department were she was able to apply her love of numbers. In addition to her responsibilities in the billing department, Kacey has advanced to become the business office manager for both of our locations. She has been married to her husband, Robbie, since 2001 and has two amazing children, Jon-Hays and Madison. When not working she is playing with her kids or spending time with her family and friends.

Damitra Merritt, Director of Nursing

Damitra is originally from Tuscumbia, Alabama. After high school, she attended the University of Alabama in Huntsville where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Damitra brings over 10 years of clinical and healthcare management experience to MedHelp. While away from work, she enjoys volunteering with various non-profit organizations and spending time with family and friends. Damitra has one daughter, Zoe, who is the light of her life.
